Dear Neighbor:

As a newly naturalized citizen of this great nation and a first time voter in any election, I am wasting no time in becoming active with our Republican Party. I am pleased to announce that I am running as a “WRITE-IN” Candidate in our Precinct for the office of REPUBLICAN PRECINCT COMMITTEEPERSON in the March 17, 2020 Primary Election. I am committed to helping organize the Republican Party at the “grass-roots” level in our community and have filed for this office because no Republican has chosen to run in the 3rd Precinct. In this voluntary, uncompensated position, I will represent the Republicans in our Precinct as a liaison to the local Party leaders and provide you with the important information you need about Republican candidates on our ballot. I strongly believe involvement at the local level is imperative to promote the shared values of the members of our community.

In order to win this election so that I can serve the Republican Voters of our Precinct, I need Republican Primary Election voters to “WRITE-IN” my name as the candidate on their ballots. Regardless of whether you Vote By Mail, Vote Early In Person or Vote on Election Day, you have the opportunity to vote for my Write-In candidacy by following the instructions below. For those people voting on Election Day on March 17, 2020 at an electronic touch screen voting system, you will be able to type in my name after selecting the Write-In option for the last office on our ballot REPUBLICAN PRECINCT COMMITTEEPERSON.

If you like the convenience of the VOTE BY MAIL option, I have enclosed an Application for Ballot for the March 17, 2020 Primary Election. All you have to do is fill out this form, request a REPUBLICAN BALLOT on the line for “Party,” and mail the completed form to the Kane County Clerk at the address listed. When you receive your VOTE BY MAIL REPUBLICAN BALLOT, I kindly ask that you “Write-In” my name for the last office on the ballot as follows…
